This Privacy Policy describes how the Salesforce Deep Qualifier Chrome extension ("the Extension", "we") collects, uses and protects information when you use it. By installing and using the Extension you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. What the Extension does

The Extension enhances Salesforce (force.com) pages by detecting email addresses, phone numbers and company domains displayed on the page, and adding quick-access links to public research tools (such as Google, LinkedIn, SimilarWeb or BuiltWith) as well as optional contact enrichment information, so that sales representatives can qualify leads without leaving Salesforce.

2. Information we collect

The Extension only processes data when you are viewing pages on *.force.com domains. It does not run on any other website and does not track your browsing activity.

• Page content read locally: the Extension reads email addresses, phone numbers and company domains displayed on the Salesforce page you are viewing, solely to generate the research shortcut links. This information is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted, except as described below.
• Contact enrichment requests: when enrichment data is requested for a contact, the Extension sends the contact's email address together with an anonymous extension user identifier to our server at deepqualifier.com, in order to retrieve publicly available enrichment information for that contact.
• Settings and cache: your preferences (which shortcut tools are enabled) and a cache of previously retrieved enrichment results are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's extension storage. This data never leaves your device.

3. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your browsing history.
• We do not collect passwords, authentication data or payment information.
• We do not collect health, financial or location information.
• We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers inside the Extension.
• We do not log keystrokes or monitor your activity.

4. How we use the information

The information described above is used exclusively to provide the Extension's single purpose: generating lead qualification links and returning contact enrichment data for the email address you are viewing in Salesforce. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any unrelated purpose.

5. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or trade any user data. We do not transfer data to third parties, except for the technical processing needed to retrieve enrichment information from our own server as described in section 2. Data may also be disclosed if required by law.

6. Data retention

Enrichment results and settings stored in your browser remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the Extension. Requests received by our server are retained only for the time necessary to operate and secure the service.

7. Security

All communication between the Extension and our server is performed over encrypted HTTPS connections. Locally stored data is protected by Chrome's extension storage isolation.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, rectify or delete personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
