Yes, both. The connection is via API. For On-Premise we just need your instance to be reachable from the internet with credentials.
Which Odoo modules does it support?
We support the CRM, Contacts and Sales modules. Sync focuses on contacts, leads and opportunities; we can extend it with custom development.
Is the sync real-time?
Yes. When a message comes in on WhatsApp it appears in Odoo right away, and vice versa: any change in the Odoo card shows up in ManyContacts instantly.
Does the integration cost extra?
