No. It works with any Aircall plan that allows API access. The connection is done via OAuth from the ManyContacts integrations panel.
Are calls recorded in ManyContacts?
Calls are recorded in Aircall according to your settings. From the contact card in ManyContacts you can access the recording link.
Can I see the Aircall call history in each chat?
Yes. The WhatsApp conversation side panel shows the Aircall call history: date, duration, agent and recording link.
Does the integration cost extra?
No. The Aircall integration is included in the ManyContacts plan. You only pay your ManyContacts subscription (€49/month) and your Aircall plan separately.
