Frequently asked questions

Do I need an active Zadarma account?
Yes. You need a Zadarma account with balance and at least one virtual number. ManyContacts connects to your account via API Key and Secret.
Can I choose which CallerID each user shows?
Yes. In the configuration you choose the Zadarma number that shows as CallerID. You can use a single one for the company or a different one per user.
Are calls also recorded?
If you have call recording enabled in Zadarma, ManyContacts links the recording to the customer card so your team can listen whenever needed.
How much does it cost exactly?
The Zadarma module costs €30/month on top of the ManyContacts plan (€49/month). The cost of the calls themselves is billed by Zadarma at their (very low) rates.
